- 1 small potato, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 150g cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 vegetable stock pot or cube + hot water (up to the MAX line of your soup maker)
- Salt and pepper to taste
